An SDS library goes stale on its own.

Manufacturers reformulate. Suppliers change. Sheets get revised.

And the binder never gets updated.

Even a well-kept library drifts out of date without anyone doing anything wrong.

Meanwhile, HazCom is OSHA’s second most-cited standard, year after year — and missing or outdated safety data sheets are one of the most common reasons for a citation.

Last year alone, OSHA issued more than 2,500 citations for missing or outdated SDSs, with fines up to $16,550 per citation.

The fix doesn’t require new software or a consulting engagement. It starts with knowing which sheets are stale — and that part is on us.

How it works

1. Send us what you have

A CSV, an export from your safety software, or photos of the binder. Any format, in any state. If all you have is photos of your products, that works too.

2. We audit every sheet

Each product gets checked against the manufacturer’s latest SDS revision. Outdated sheets, missing sheets, and products with no SDS at all get flagged.

3. You get the report + the catalog

A gap report you can act on, plus the current SDS for every product on your list. Replacements for the outdated ones, newly sourced sheets for the gaps.

Consultants usually charge north of $5,000–$10,000 for this work. We’re giving it away for free.

What you get

The gap report

Every product in your library marked current, outdated, or missing, so you know exactly where you stand.

Every outdated SDS, replaced

The latest manufacturer version of every sheet that has been revised since the one in your binder.

Missing SDSs, found

Products with no SDS on file? We track down the current sheet from the manufacturer — that’s included.

One clean, current catalog

Your whole library, organized and up to date, ready to drop into your binder or your software.

Questions, answered

Is it really free?

Yes. You get the gap report and the full current catalog at no cost. No invoice, no obligation, no credit card.

Why are you giving it away for free?

We’re building Rividor, an AI-native EHS platform, and the review is the best demo of what it can do. Running it on real libraries makes our product better, and some of the people who get the report decide they want their library kept current automatically. However, if you don’t want to proceed, we will never pressure you or keep your data hostage.

What formats can I send?

Anything. A CSV or Excel file, a PDF or export from your current EHS software, or phone photos of your binder’s index pages. A plain list of product names and manufacturers is enough for us to work with.

What if we’re missing SDSs entirely?

That’s exactly what the review is for. Send the list of chemicals and products you use, and we’ll source the current SDS for each one from the manufacturer.

What if I don't even have a chemicals catalog?

We can still help. Send us photos of your chemicals by spending 5 minutes taking pictures of your storage cabinets in your facility. We’ll identify every product by picture and source their SDSs for you.

How do you find and verify the SDSs?

We use a mix of AI and human supervision to find the latest SDS on manufacturer and distributor websites. If we can’t find one, we automatically reach out to the manufacturer. We process every SDS to verify it’s the correct one, and real people validate the results.

How long does it take?

Most libraries come back within 3-5 business days. Very large libraries (1,000+ products) may take a few extra days. We’ll tell you up front.

What happens to our data?

Your product list is used only to run the review. We don’t share it, sell it, or use it for anything else. See our privacy policy for the details.
