See if you qualify

Tell us a bit about your site and your chemicals. We’ll get back to you with next steps in just a few moments.

100% free. No spam ever.

Start from whatever you have

No cleanup needed. Send it the way it is today.

A spreadsheet

Product name and supplier for each chemical. Add product codes if you have them.

A zip of your SDS PDFs

Export the folder from your shared drive or current software and send it as is.

Photos of your paper binder

Snap the first page of each SDS. That’s all we need to identify the product.

Photos of the packaging

No inventory or binder yet? Photograph the labels in your storage cabinets and we’ll take it from there.

Could this be any easier?

How it works

1. Send us what you have

An inventory spreadsheet, a folder with your SDS PDFs, a scan of your paper binder, or photos of the product containers.

2. We build your inventory

We identify every product and pull the latest SDS from the manufacturer. Outdated sheets get replaced, missing ones get sourced.

3. Your binder goes live

You get a hosted digital binder, a QR code to post in your facility, and an offline PDF copy.

What you get

A fully digital inventory

Every chemical on site, with its supplier and current SDS, in one searchable list.

A digital SDS binder

Hosted online so anyone on your team can pull up a sheet in seconds, without a login.

A QR code for your facility

Print it and post it by your chemical storage. One scan opens the binder on any phone.

An offline PDF binder

The full binder as a single PDF, for backup or for areas with no signal.

Plus: every SDS updated to the manufacturer’s latest version along the way.

Questions, answered

Is it really free?

Yes. Digitizing your library, updating your sheets, and hosting your binder cost you nothing. No invoice, no obligation, no credit card.

Why do I need to qualify?

A real person checks every SDS that goes into your binder, so we can only take on a limited number of free projects at a time. To keep it free, we also cap the library size: libraries with thousands of products are more than we can take on at no cost. Your answers help us see the size of your project, confirm it’s a good fit, and give you a realistic estimate.

Why are you giving it away for free?

We’re building Rividor, an AI-native EHS platform, and a live binder is the best demo of what it can do. Some teams decide they want more of the platform later. If you don’t, we will never pressure you or keep your data hostage.

What if I don’t have an inventory or a binder?

No worries! You can spend a few minutes photographing the labels in your storage cabinets. We’ll then identify each product from the photos and source its current SDS.

Will my SDSs be updated to the latest version?

Yes. As part of digitizing your library, we check every product against the manufacturer’s latest SDS and replace any sheet that has been revised.

Does a digital binder meet OSHA requirements?

OSHA allows electronic access to SDSs as long as employees can get to them right away, with no barriers. A QR code by the storage area and an offline PDF backup cover both.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of your library. Most projects usually take 2-5 days from the time you send us your inventory. We’ll give you a timeline up front, once we take a look at what you send.

What happens to our data?

We never sell or share your data. If we find new versions of SDS sheets we will use them to update our SDS library. For more information please see our privacy policy.
